    I had a great experience at Amplifon while getting my mother’s hearing tested. The staff was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the entire process in detail and made my mother feel comfortable throughout. The hearing test was conducted with advanced equipment, and the results were explained clearly. We also received excellent guidance on selecting the right hearing aid, without any unnecessary upselling. Their customer service and follow-up care have been commendable.
