    I recently had the pleasure of working with Dr. Sakina from Amplifon, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service she provided. She was exceptional in explaining the workings of the hearing aids to my 85-year-old grandmother, ensuring she fully understood how to use them. Dr. Sakina went above and beyond by coming to our home to give a detailed demonstration of the product. Her patience and thorough explanations, including how to use the accompanying app, were truly commendable. She made sure to address all of our questions and concerns, and her dedication to ensuring my grandmother was happy and comfortable with the product was evident.
