    At Amplifon I was , first of all, highly impressed by the ambience and pleasant , polite and helpful behaviour both at the reception and in the chamber where Dr. Preethi very patiently listened to my problems and explained the procedure thoroughly before proceeding with the auditory tests. She has all along been very empathetic and patient and taking pains to explain things and clear my doubts at every step --- all with a friendly smile. Whenever I have used whatsapp with any query or problem their response has been quick and I found them ever ready to resolve any issue.

    We had a very professional and expert audiometrist visit my mother and guided her on the effectiveness of the hearing aid very knowledgeably and respectfully. Very grateful to the Amplifone team for quickly responding to my interest and request 🙏.. very happy with the interaction 👍
