    We met an angle today, her name is Haritha S. First of all she is very patient, she tried to understand my mother's hearing aid issue with compasion, Then she re-tuned it so nicely that my mother can hear again in her right ear. Whereas other audilogists in Kolkata said the hearing aid is dead and needs repairing and also tried to push for new purchase. Haritha not only re-configured the machine corectly, she also did not charge for her work. She said as we have purchased originally the hearing aids from amolifone only, for reconfiguration no payment is needed. It is only needed if the machine is really sent for repairing. She also said this is company policy only not to charge for retuning the machine. Noone till today informed us correctly until we met her today. My mother could not hear in her right ear more than past three months until today.I am so impressed with Haritha's honesty, authenticity, human ingenuinity that my belief for humanity has been strengthened that angels do exist among us.
