    I have purchased this hearing aid from Noida Amplifon center 2years ago for my father. That center was too good. Last year I did servicing from the same center and we were very satisfied with them and they were very helpful but this year 2week ago my father did servicing from Janakpuri center and my father told them when they checked after servicing that I can’t hear my left side they send him back and it is not charged properly so that is the problem again my father took the piece today that it has same problem they again said may be it is not charged … but on insisting my father they have taken the left piece for service. Now I don’t know what they have done with that piece earlier. I never faced this problem in Noida center. I have no problem with the hearing aid it is very good but I think company has to think about the Janakpuri center .
