    Visited the centre yesterday to perform Audiometry test, consultant was very knowledgeable in explaining the issues and procedures that should be followed to avoid hearing loss. And explained the different hearing aids that is suitable for us based on the report.

    I visited this hearing centre related to issues with my Signia hearing aid unit and hearing issues. I was greeted by a very pleasant, smiling front desk staff Shanaz. She is very warm with great customer service. Audiologist Mesmin Rajkumar attended to me, and advised me about the necessary corrections required. He is a very professional and knowledgeable audiologist, and recommended the choice of a more powerful unit. Also provided me with multiple follow ups. This new unit is working very well and has improved my hearing. The centre is very ideally located and well kept. Would recommend this place for professional advice on hearing issues. Thanks to Shanaz and Mesmin
